As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants while consistently training and developing them. You will set team targets, forecast revenue and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational goals
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets
  • Achieve monthly sales targets from personal and group accounts
  • Generate leads and prospects
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • Monitor budgets and track progress
  • Perform regular field visits

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field
  • 8 years of sales experience
  • 3 years in managing a sales team
  • Valid KSA license required
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
