Oversee all aspects of the in-room dining operation, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight, and special amenity deliveries. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing room service team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Four Seasons’ service standards. Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to develop creative in-room dining menus, specialty offerings, and seasonal promotions.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel in-room dining or restaurant management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages a plus
  • Solid understanding of F&B service standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) and order management systems
