Receptionist & Office Executive

First point of contact for the company, providing administrative support and handling the flow of people. Responsible for receptionist duties and internal communications.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain clean and professional reception area
- Answer and transfer calls professionally
- Meet and greet external visitors
- Manage office sundry replenishment (stationery, refreshments)
- Manage internal event calendar and meeting room bookings
- Manage internal HR communications for social platforms
- Support HR projects and ad hoc requests
المؤهلات
- Minimum of secondary education
- Minimum one year experience in a similar field
