We are seeking a motivated Civil Estimator with experience in interior fit-out projects to support our pre-contract and tendering team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and help project teams manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes
- Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns
- Request and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Assist in compiling tender submissions and pricing summaries
- Participate in site visits and assess site conditions
- Track variations and cost changes
- Maintain organized records of estimates and tender documents
المؤهلات
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
