Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for spearheading the development of all sales activities towards the achievement of maximum profitability and progress in-line with the company’s mission, vision and values while maintaining exceptional relationships with existing and potential clients in the region.
المسؤوليات
- Leading business development strategy and planning for KSA region
- Designing annual and quarterly business development plans, including revenue forecasts and pipeline growth targets
- Planning and overseeing clients’ cross-platform commercial campaigns (Print, Digital, Events)
- Developing partnership and expansion plans with key industry players and government entities
- Monitoring and adjusting plans based on market intelligence and competitor activity
- Formulating and delivering presentations to new and existing customers
- Providing clients with cost estimates aligned with their budgets
- Guiding Business Development team members and fostering a culture of empowerment
- Building and managing relationships with direct clients, ad agencies and PR Agencies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s/MBA is preferred
- 07–10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- At least 2–3 years in a senior/managerial role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in media, publishing, conferences, events, or related industries
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams to achieve business growth
