We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operations to lead and oversee the operational performance of a leading supermarket chain in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for driving store productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability across multiple locations.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee end-to-end supermarket operations across multiple stores
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and shrinkage control
- Lead and manage store managers and operations teams
- Ensure optimal product availability and merchandising standards
- Drive cost control initiatives and operational excellence
- Lead new store openings and expansion strategies
المؤهلات
- 15+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in supermarkets or hypermarkets
- Proven experience managing multi-store operations
- Strong knowledge of FMCG retail, inventory management, and store operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
