Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team at QNB. Role includes managing diaries, organizing travel itineraries, and maintaining a positive professional image for the business.
المسؤوليات
- Organise agendas, trips, and meeting materials
- Manage complex diaries and organize meetings
- Interact proactively with branch departments and Head Office
- Arrange travel itineraries including flights and hotels
- Support senior VIP visits
المؤهلات
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of experience out of which a minimum of 2 years at a similar executive level
- Secretarial / PA experience within a service oriented organization
