We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a new breakfast & brunch brand in Jabal Amman, within a small, quality-focused restaurant that values artistic plating, highly creative craftsmanship, and thoughtful execution.

المسؤوليات
- Run and manage an assigned kitchen section during prep and service
- Execute dishes with strong attention to artistic plating, balance, and visual presentation
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all dishes
- Prepare mise en place efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict food safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef on execution and daily service flow
- Assist with menu development, refinements, and creative presentation ideas
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff when needed
المؤهلات
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Clean background record
- Valid health license for restaurant work
- High school or equivalent
