As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth day-to-day performance across our food vendor partners. You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational quality, resolving issues quickly, and supporting partners in delivering great customer experiences.
المسؤوليات
- Monitor daily partner metrics including availability, rejection rate, and cancellations
- Act as the first point of contact for partner operational issues
- Support onboarding of new partners and branches
- Conduct periodic site visits and check-ins with vendors
- Track and update partner performance dashboards
المؤهلات
- 1–3 years of experience in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or operations-heavy roles
