Are you a strong culinary leader with a passion for excellence, consistency, and team development? We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef who will support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, driving quality standards, and ensuring seamless culinary execution across all outlets and events.

المسؤوليات

  • Assisting the Executive Chef in managing overall kitchen operations across all outlets and banquets.
  • Leading day-to-day culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste in line with brand standards.
  • Managing kitchen brigades, including duty rosters, task allocation, and supervision.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and junior culinary staff.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Supporting menu planning, recipe development, costing, and food presentation.

المؤهلات

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-volume operation.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills with hands-on kitchen expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-outlet kitchen operations and banquet production.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Culinary qualifications or professional certifications will be an advantage.
