This role combines Retail Operations Support, Administrative tasks, and CEO Personal Assistant responsibilities. You will support daily store activities, manage the CEO's calendar, and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination within the retail environment.

  • Support daily store and operational activities
  • Handle invoices, vendor bills, and expense statements
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Draft professional emails and internal communications
  • Oversee store maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate with HR for attendance and rosters

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or executive assistance
