Papa In Shape is looking for a meticulous and motivated Bookkeeper. Papa In Shape is a passionate team that supports fathers in their weight loss journeys. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's accounts and financial records. You will ensure the reliability of transactions, prepare payments, track invoices, reconcile accounts and assist with internal and external audits.
المسؤوليات
- Recording and tracking financial transactions
- Preparing and tracking payments to suppliers, service providers and employees
- Bank reconciliations and account validation
- Preparing monthly reports and providing support for audits
- Keeping accounting records and financial documents up to date
- Collaborating with the internal team to provide data and reports
المؤهلات
- 3–5 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or equivalent
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho)
- Excellent communication skills in English, French would be appreciated
- Rigorous, organised, discreet and analytical
- Experience in international SMEs/start-ups desirable
