First point of contact for guests at Qiddiya Investment Company, managing inquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining service standards.
المسؤوليات
- Receive, welcome, book, and refer visitors
- Maintain reception and common spaces
- Connect and transfer calls
- Assist HR with onboarding and termination tasks
- Conduct basic clerical tasks such as document copying
- Receive and distribute delivery mail
- Arrange airport collection as needed
- Maintain office supplies
المؤهلات
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in guest services or hospitality role
