Senior Estimation Engineer - Buildings Construction

Job Responsibilities: To co-ordinate the review of draft tender documents; co-ordinate the preparation of tender documentation queries; develop tender cost summaries.
المسؤوليات
- co-ordinate the review of draft tender documents
- co-ordinate the preparation of tender documentation queries to consultants/clients
- prepare reports and supporting documents to submit to Proposal Coordinator
- develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labour calculations
- co-ordinate and undertake the interpretation & review of system drawings
- undertake the review and generation of Bill of Quantity
- interpret and follow Company tendering processes
- undertake the preparation of specification documents
- build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers
المؤهلات
- Bachelor Degree of Civil engineering
- Professional Courses in Cost Estimation
- Minimum 10 years experience: 5 years as Site Engineer + 5 years minimum as Estimation Engineer
- Languages: Arabic & English
