Associate Manager, Email Marketing and Automation (Remote)

Drive growth by building and executing brand campaigns that spark interest, nurture leads, and deliver impactful customer engagement across the full sales journey. Manage marketing automation and campaign execution using Marketo.

- Develop global email marketing strategies and write compelling copy
- Partner cross-functionally to align email campaigns with brand strategy
- Optimize email performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR)
- Manage marketing automation using Marketo
- Drive personalization strategies
- Plan and execute A/B testing
- Support lead lifecycle management in Salesforce
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 years work experience in IT, Digital Marketing or related area
- Minimum 4 years experience with email marketing and automation
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketo
- Adobe Marketo Engage Certified Practitioner Professional Certification
