The Construction Manager is responsible for the safe accomplishment of the construction project objectives through efficient planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, and technical direction.

- Manage cost controls related to the project
- Establish and maintain line items costs forPreliminaries
- Strategize project earnings delivery
- Monitor value engineering and tracking changes
- Manage proper allocation of assets and liabilities
- Eliminate potential risks and hazards
- Involvement in tendering processes
- Oversee Human Resource processes including mobilization
المؤهلات
- Minimum 12 years working experience for infrastructure work
- Experience with mega Contracting Companies
