Technician, Onsite Support

As an Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of professional AV systems deployed within a high-end hospitality environment. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology including Q-SYS DSP, Crestron/Extron control systems, digital signage, and immersive AV experiences. This role includes event support, meeting room support, and collaboration with client stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Provide hands-on support for AV systems including Q-SYS cores and control systems
- Perform regular maintenance and health checks to ensure AV systems remain operational
- Configure and maintain Q-SYS DSP for audio routing and automation
- Support media player platforms such as BrightSign and Tripleplay
- Set up and operate AV systems for meetings, conferences, and large-scale events
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and maintenance checks
المؤهلات
- 3–5 years of onsite experience in AV support or engineering
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, AV Technology, IT, or a related field
- UAE Drivers licence (preferred)
- Manufacturer training or certifications in Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, or Dante
