NEO Iraq is seeking an Assistant Risk Management Department Manager in Baghdad. The role involves developing risk management policies based on ISO 31000, analyzing risks related to electronic payment systems and cybersecurity, and preparing reports for senior management to ensure business continuity.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and update policies, procedures, and risk management strategies
- Establish risk appetite frameworks and limits
- Design the organizational structure of the Risk Department based on ISO 31000
- Analyze risks related to payment systems, cybersecurity, and financial operations
- Report current and potential risks to senior management with mitigation suggestions
- Maintain the comprehensive risk register and monitor control procedures
- Approve chargeback and refund transactions for international card usage
- Coordinate emergency response and disaster recovery plans
- Train staff on risk awareness and emergency procedures
المؤهلات
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in financial, banking, or regulatory fields
- Professional certifications like ISO 31000 or CORM
