Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will partner with hospitality organisations to understand operational challenges and deliver technology-led solutions that enhance guest experience, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on new business acquisition across the MEA region, working closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Finance, and Executive leadership. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-led role requiring strong relationship-building skills, regional market knowledge, and extensive travel. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver against sales targets and pipeline growth objectives. Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the region. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using consultative and value-based selling approaches. Develop trusted, advisory relationships with hospitality customers and senior decision-makers. Position solutions effectively against competitors through strong market and product knowledge. Deliver customer presentations, proposals, and close commercial agreements. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support deal progression and execution. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting. Ensure high standards of sales process discipline, accuracy, and compliance.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years’ experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
  • Experience within the hospitality, travel, or related technology sectors preferred
