Sales Development Representative

Mirantis is the Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure company, enabling organizations to build and operate scalable, secure, and sovereign infrastructure for modern AI, machine learning, and data-intensive applications. As an SDR, you are responsible for aggressively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing the marketing & sales pipeline, while working closely with your Account Executive. This role is the first step in the selling process and presents the first impression of Mirantis to our prospective customers.
المسؤوليات
- Generate new sales leads through inbound efforts
- Generate new sales leads through outbound phone and email prospecting
- Schedule meetings and solution demos for the Account Executives
- Manage outbound leads process to maximize conversion and pipeline development
- Understand Mirantis’s offerings and competitive positioning
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
المؤهلات
- Experience in technology solutions, cloud, and Saas - preferred
- 1-2 years of prior sales development, business development, prospecting or sourcing experience
- Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
- A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process
- Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
