Legal & GRC Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Legal & GRC Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive support across our Legal and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) departments. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of both functions while supporting statutory, regulatory, and governance obligations.
المسؤوليات
- Manage complex calendars for respective VPs
- Arrange internal and external meetings including agendas and minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Prepare correspondence, executive summaries, and reports
- Manage document formatting, proofreading, and filing
- Support preparation of governance documents
- Assist with statutory filings and corporate secretarial documents
- Maintain corporate records and license renewals
- Track legal workflows and renewal calendars
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or related field preferred
