We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Legal & GRC Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive support across our Legal and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) departments. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of both functions while supporting statutory, regulatory, and governance obligations.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage complex calendars for respective VPs
  • Arrange internal and external meetings including agendas and minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Prepare correspondence, executive summaries, and reports
  • Manage document formatting, proofreading, and filing
  • Support preparation of governance documents
  • Assist with statutory filings and corporate secretarial documents
  • Maintain corporate records and license renewals
  • Track legal workflows and renewal calendars
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or related field preferred
