Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing corporate sales opportunities within the real estate sector. The role focuses on working with corporate clients and institutional investors, supporting revenue growth through effective client engagement, relationship management, and successful deal execution.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and approach corporate clients and institutional investors
- Promote and sell real estate products including commercial and residential properties
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property visits
- Support negotiations and assist in closing corporate sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, legal, finance, and CRM
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or corporate sales
