Responsible for Transportation Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Coordination for AHUs and components.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, components, and finished AHUs
- Managing relationships with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Overseeing the logistics of special shipments, including oversized or high-value items
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components to prevent production delays
- Implementing inventory management systems to track stock and reduce waste
- Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Supervising the storage and handling of materials in the warehouse
- Ensuring efficient space utilization and implementing best practices for warehouse operations
- Managing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions
- Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues promptly
- Developing strategies for the efficient distribution of finished AHUs to customers
- Coordinating with sales and production teams to align distribution schedules with customer demands
- Managing distribution networks and optimizing delivery routes
- Utilizing data and analytics to monitor logistics performance
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnover
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent
- 8 years of experience in similar position
