Charged with supporting Operations Managers on the delivery of allocated events at Tahaluf, the largest B2B event organizer in Saudi Arabia.
المسؤوليات
- Delivery of tasks in support of running exhibitions across EMEA
- Create and maintain show-specific project plans
- Manage floor plans and exhibitor queries
- Create schedules for catering, electrics, and signage
- Coordinate and manage temporary staff
- Manage pre-show equipment ordering and research
- Ensure work aligns with H&S and Sustainability guidelines
المؤهلات
- IOSH Managing Safety Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Independently and successfully managed operations on multiple large events
- Experience of managing multiple line reports
