Production Director

Lead end-to-end production operations, team management, continuous improvement and quality control across a power technology manufacturing facility. Drive performance, optimise processes, enhance automation, and ensure world-class safety and quality standards. Develop annual and monthly production plans. Allocate resources and resolve bottlenecks. Create and implement SOPs. Oversee preventive maintenance and upgrades. Strengthen the quality management system and set KPIs. Track costs to maintain budget efficiency. Conduct safety audits and incident investigations. Mentor and develop a team of 50-100 employees.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production management
- Speak Mandarin Chinese and English
- Knowledge of power systems or electrical equipment manufacturing
