The Office Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth order processing within the construction materials sector. This position requires strong coordination skills, product awareness, and the ability to manage fast-moving inquiries from contractors, builders, project managers, and suppliers.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate daily sales operations including quotations and BOQs
- Handle customer inquiries related to construction materials
- Track order status with logistics and warehouse teams
- Maintain updated records of stock availability and pricing
- Support the sales team in preparing technical documents and certificates
- Assist in tender submissions
- Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups
المؤهلات
- Strong understanding of construction materials
- Experience in sales coordination or customer service within building materials
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
