Performance Management Manager

Masdr is a data solutions company owned by GOSI. The Performance Management Manager will own and continuously evolve Masdr’s performance management ecosystem, ensuring alignment between organizational strategy, OKRs, individual objectives, and incentive programs. The role plays a critical part in embedding a high-performance, data-driven culture across the organization.

المسؤوليات

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the performance management cycle
  • Design, implement, and govern the OKR framework
  • Provide hands-on guidance, training, and enablement to managers on performance practices
  • Oversee 360° feedback, competency assessments, and calibration sessions
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and appraisal outcomes
  • Lead the design, monitoring, and evaluation of sales incentive and commission programs
  • Manage and monitor sales team performance tracking

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Higher
  • Professional certifications preferred: CPMP, BSP, C-OKRP
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, HR strategy, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of performance frameworks, OKRs, competency models, and appraisal systems
  • Proven experience with digital HR tools and data-driven performance analysis
