Material Planner

Critical role managing and optimizing material flow to support marine and offshore operations. Focuses on accurate inventory levels, forecasting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery for vessels and rigs.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and manage material planning strategies for fleet and project activities
- Forecast material demand based on maintenance and dry-docking schedules
- Monitor inventory turnover and safety stock to minimize shortages
- Coordinate sourcing and delivery of materials with procurement and logistics teams
- Generate and adjust purchase requisitions using planning systems
- Maintain documentation for material codes and technical specifications
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience as a Material Planner or Inventory Controller within marine/offshore/oil & gas
- Experience with demand forecasting tools (SAP MRP, Oracle SCM Cloud)
