Remote Instructional Designer - Higher Ed Exp Required

The Instructional Designer creates, develops, and maintains instructional materials to support online, hybrid, and face-to-face delivery of healthcare courses in higher education. This role ensures course quality, alignment with learning outcomes, and effective use of instructional technologies.
المسؤوليات
- Design and develop courses within the LMS
- Create engaging instructional content (syllabi, activities, assessments)
- Build and publish eLearning modules
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate specialized knowledge
- Ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and pedagogically sound
- Participate in curriculum alignment committees
- Pilot and evaluate new learning technologies
المؤهلات
- Master’s degree in instructional design, technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing higher education courses
- Proficiency with multimedia authoring tools
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience with LMS (Canvas preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FERPA, ADA)
