Estate and Admin Manager

British Council role to deliver high-quality supporting services for business operations administration and estate management in Cairo. Oversees procurement, facilities maintenance for 4 branches, and staff accommodation.
المسؤوليات
- Manage local office wide procurement and supplier tenders
- Apply Health and Safety regulations
- Manage and monitor facilities services (hard and soft) for 4 branches
- Ensure optimal office space utilization
- Manage premises renovation projects
- Ensure accommodation policy for UK staff is applied
- Prepare budget/expenditure plans for estate and admin
- Supervise VISA requests for non-Egyptian staff
- Manage a team of 17 members
المؤهلات
- B.Sc. Engineering: Construction, civil, electricity, or mechanics
- 5-year experience as a facilities manager in multinational multi-sites organization
- English Level Proficiency B2
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar managerial role
