We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all procurement activities for large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will drive procurement strategy and execution at a strategic level, manage complex commercial negotiations, ensure optimal supplier performance, and maintain full compliance with company policies and local Saudi regulations.

- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies
- Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award
- Manage, mentor, and develop procurement teams
- Conduct sophisticated commercial negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Prepare, review, and approve all procurement documentation
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and Saudi regulations
- Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Oversee cost control initiatives and identify value engineering opportunities
المؤهلات
- Minimum 15 years of total experience in procurement within the construction and infrastructure sector
- At least 6 years of hands-on commercial procurement experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or broader Middle East (ME) region
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Proven track record leading procurement teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
