Define, plan, and manage the strategy for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of equipment and facilities. Ensure the availability and reliability of production resources to minimize downtime and performance losses. Supervise maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety rules.

  • Define and manage the strategy for preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ensure availability and reliability of production resources
  • Supervise and develop maintenance teams
  • Develop and track maintenance plans and performance indicators (failure rate, MTBF, MTTR)
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory standards
  • Manage external service providers and contracts
  • Implement and operate a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Analyze recurring failures and implement improvement actions

المؤهلات

  • DUT/BTS level training in industrial engineering or mechanics
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
