Lead the strategic direction and performance of CFC Mall, managing budgets, marketing initiatives, and tenant relations to maximize EBITDA.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare mall budget for capital, manpower, and operating expenditure
- Maximize EBITDA margins through various revenue streams
- Develop innovative marketing initiatives to drive footfall
- Assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Support leasing function to maintain high occupancy
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum Experience of 15 Years in the retail field
