E-commerce Supervisor

The E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for supporting the growth and daily operations of the company’s e-commerce business by managing online marketplaces, optimizing product performance, executing promotional campaigns, tracking sales results across digital channels, and ensuring a strong and consistent customer experience online.
المسؤوليات
- Manage day-to-day relationships and performance with Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Careem, Talabat, and others.
- Operate and optimize Amazon Vendor Central, Carrier Central, and Vendor Flex.
- Drive achievement versus monthly sales and collection targets across digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and report online sales performance, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics.
- Manage product visibility, pricing, promotions, discounts, and competitiveness across all platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively coordinate with supply chain to prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and e-commerce promotional initiatives.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or key account management
- Total of 6–7 years of overall sales experience
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred
