The E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for supporting the growth and daily operations of the company’s e-commerce business by managing online marketplaces, optimizing product performance, executing promotional campaigns, tracking sales results across digital channels, and ensuring a strong and consistent customer experience online.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage day-to-day relationships and performance with Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Careem, Talabat, and others.
  • Operate and optimize Amazon Vendor Central, Carrier Central, and Vendor Flex.
  • Drive achievement versus monthly sales and collection targets across digital channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report online sales performance, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics.
  • Manage product visibility, pricing, promotions, discounts, and competitiveness across all platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively coordinate with supply chain to prevent stock-outs.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support end-to-end e-commerce operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and e-commerce promotional initiatives.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or key account management
  • Total of 6–7 years of overall sales experience
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred
