As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai. fäm Properties is the largest and most technologically advanced real estate company ever built in Dubai.
المسؤوليات
- Meet with clients to understand their needs
- Stay up to date with market trends
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize viewings
- Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of required documentation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
المؤهلات
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- Fluency in English
