Org & Mgmt Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Org & Mgmt Specialist to join the Organizational Consulting Department (OCD) within the HR & Corporate Services organization. The OCD department plays a key role in strategy execution, operating model design, organization effectiveness, transformation advisory, corporate governance, and complex program delivery.
المسؤوليات
- Lead high-impact operating model and organization design engagements
- Assess current-state organizational structures
- Develop standardized frameworks and methodologies
- Provide executive-level advisory services
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Oversee post-merger integration (PMI) activities
- Conduct benchmarking and market studies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting
- Deep expertise in operating models, organization design, PMI, governance, or transformation
