Leading the company's next phase of strategic growth, strengthen profitability, and drive operational excellence across all business units for a Saudi retail group specializing in home solutions.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement long-term strategic and operational plans.
- Oversee retail operations, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
- Lead business transformation and digital presence initiatives.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster partnerships with suppliers and distributors.
- Represent the company to investors and partners.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 15–20+ years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a CEO, Vice President, or GM role leading large-scale retail organizations.
- Experience managing multi-branch operations in KSA or GCC.
- Hands-on P&L ownership and financial planning experience.
- Strategic thinking and strong financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills.
