Consultant - Hospitality Advisory

The Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Consultant. Knight Frank is a leading practitioner in global commercial real estate markets. The Hospitality & Leisure team provides strategic advisory services including Market and Financial Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Use Studies, Operator Search & Selection Engagements and Operational Assessments. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers, and institutional investors.
المسؤوليات
- Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.
- Maintain/update internal databases.
- Conduct primary research where required.
- Source and update secondary data.
- Understand Middle East market dynamics and the drivers of hospitality sector growth.
- Keep abreast of key trends/developments in the regional hospitality sector.
- Contribute to business development where possible and attend networking events.
- Report status of Lead projects in progress.
- Develop and implement recommendations, insights, storylines, and structures.
- Liaise with other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports.
- Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks.
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients.
المؤهلات
- Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- The candidate should be passionate about the hospitality sector with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in real estate development, hospitality advisory and hotel operations are preferred.
- Functional knowledge of the regional hospitality market.
