Trane Technologies is looking for a Services Leader in Kuwait. You will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of service sales and fulfillment processes. Accountable for strategy and achievement of business objectives in the HVAC sector.
المسؤوليات
- Drive services business from both sales and fulfillment fronts
- Ensure quality standards of all service operation processes
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Achieve mission objectives regarding sales, profit, and resources
- Participate in annual operating plan preparation
- Liaison between business unit and service team
- Administer safety and environmental programs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred
- Minimum + 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams
- Minimum + 5 years of proven experience in P&L Management
- Previous experience in a similar position in the HVAC industry is a must
- Experience in managing sales team and fulfillment personnel
