Sutherland is a global leader specializing in AI, automation, cloud engineering, and advanced analytics. This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo and Alexandria for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
المؤهلات
- Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level)
- Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience
- Problem-solving, active listening, & attention to detail
- Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
- Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
- Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
