As a Store Manager at EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub you will oversee all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team.
المسؤوليات
- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationship with customers
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store
- Ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail store operations and HR guidelines
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 3 years optical retail experience
- Experience in a Store Leadership role
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
