- Advise clients on strategic real estate investments
- Analyze market trends, investment risks, and yields
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Structure tailored investment strategies
- Negotiate and close high-value property transactions
- Collaborate with developers and landlords
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investment advisory or brokerage
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and investment cycles
- Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
