The HR Administrative Consultant provides end-to-end administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the HR Business Partner. This role contributes to training administration, workforce planning, organizational design, and HR reporting.

المسؤوليات

  • Provide administrative support in new venture spinoff transition activities.
  • Support manpower mapping and headcount reporting.
  • Assist in organizational design by creating org charts.
  • Track PMGM updates and follow up with employees for appraisals.
  • Manage consultant trackers for payment invoices and documentation.
  • Maintain and update training trackers.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.

المؤهلات

  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources Operations or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
