HR Administrative Consultant (12month FTC)

The HR Administrative Consultant provides end-to-end administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the HR Business Partner. This role contributes to training administration, workforce planning, organizational design, and HR reporting.
المسؤوليات
- Provide administrative support in new venture spinoff transition activities.
- Support manpower mapping and headcount reporting.
- Assist in organizational design by creating org charts.
- Track PMGM updates and follow up with employees for appraisals.
- Manage consultant trackers for payment invoices and documentation.
- Maintain and update training trackers.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.
المؤهلات
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources Operations or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
