The Supply Chain team is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to own the short and long term capacity planning vertical for a network of darkstores. The candidate should possess high business acumen, strong analytical, collaboration and data driven influencing skills. The capacity planning PM will be responsible to drive the short-term operational tasks related to capacity planning and support the team in mid/long term strategical projects.

- Own reporting of the critical capacity planning metrics across FCs
- Accumulate data, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, and drive execution
- Support operations team with capacity analysis
- Foresee implications based on projected storage capacity requirements
- Regularly audit the sites for operational conformance
- Own capacity configurations in the tools
- Work with engineering design and FC launch project team
- Drive execution of critical capacity planning projects
- Own short terms tasks and evaluations related to network topology
- Own long term topology planning
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in stakeholder management
