Experienced Commercial Operations Manager to lead and manage the commercial, contractual, and operational aspects of a cleaning and waste management business supporting large-scale events. This role combines client-facing commercial responsibility with close collaboration across operations and procurement.
المسؤوليات
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients for cleaning and waste management contracts
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, SLAs, and pricing models
- Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and proposals
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers in coordination with procurement
- Collaborate with operations teams for effective mobilization during events
- Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years' experience in cleaning services, waste management, facilities management, or event-related sectors
- Proven experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, and client handling
- Experience in KSA or UAE markets preferred
