Presales Engineer

In this role, you will play a crucial part in building technical relationships with potential customers, providing essential demos and support to the sales team, and preparing detailed proposals and RFPs. If you are passionate about technology, have a strong understanding of IT solutions, and excel in a customer-facing role, we encourage you to apply.
المسؤوليات
- Build and maintain technical relationships with potential customers
- Provide onsite/offsite demos to potential customers
- Support the Sales Team with technical pre-sales assistance
- Prepare detailed proposals and RFPs in Arabic and English
- Gather and analyze customer requirements from meetings
- Provide coaching to team member sales associates to enhance product knowledge
- Coordinate with the product and internal sales teams to align solution design
المؤهلات
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing, reading, and speaking)
- Experience in writing proposals and RFPs
- Excellent presentation skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Presales, Sales, or technical roles
