HR & Administration Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administration Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role will support daily HR and administration operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and assist in building structured HR processes within a fast-developing organization.
المسؤوليات
- Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Assist with GOSI registration, payroll data coordination, and employee records management
- Support visa, Iqama, and work permit processing via Qiwa and Muqeem
- Maintain and update HR systems, personnel files, and compliance records
- Coordinate office administration, vendor communication, and daily operational support
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations
المؤهلات
- Saudi nationals are highly encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates
- Basic understanding of Saudi Labor Law is preferred
- Fluent in Arabic with good command of English
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
