Commercial and Project Coordinator

As a Commercial & Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and operational support to our Sales team, handling client inquiries, coordinating orders, managing databases, and preparing sales reports to ensure smooth operations and help the sales team focus on closing deals as well as managing project execution tasks such as documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the primary point of contact for direct customer email inquiries
- Communication interface with factory and customer for direct / project orders
- Provide updates to clients regarding technical submittals and project timelines
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
المؤهلات
- At minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Project coordination support
- Project support experience from project bid evaluation, specifications, project documentation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Languages required: English (proficiently)
