Production Engineer

The Production Engineer will support day-to-day plant operations at the Rabigh manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of chemical products. The role involves process optimization, troubleshooting, production planning support, and coordination with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
- Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for process deviations and equipment failures.
- Ensure all products meet Sika quality specifications.
- Monitor raw material consumption and coordinate with supply chain.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports including outputs, variances, and KPIs.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/chemical production environment.
- Strong understanding of mixing, batching, and chemical production processes.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process optimization, and root-cause analysis tools.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
