Averda is a leading global provider of integrated waste management and environmental services. This role is for a Business Analyst responsible for capturing and translating business requirements, managing backlog items, supporting UAT, and maintaining documentation in line with HSE policies.
المسؤوليات
- Capture, analyze, and translate business requirements
- Model processes across CRM, ERP, and Operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage expectations, and communicate decisions
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to clarify requirements
- Support UAT and ensure features meet business acceptance criteria
- Maintain version-controlled documentation and knowledge bases
- Ensure HSE compliance and proactively report risks
- Identify, report, and mitigate risks
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years in Business Analysis roles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to work closely with technical teams
- Fluent in English
